Ambassador Times (ambtimes.com) runs a small online shop. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it. It is not legal advice.
Information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided), and order details. If you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address. Our site also collects standard technical data such as IP address and browser information through analytics and security tools.
How we use it
We use your information to process and ship orders, provide customer support, handle returns, and — if you opted in — send newsletters. Newsletter email is handled with MailPoet/Jetpack, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe / WooPayments). Your card details go directly to the payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our site.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your shopping cart working, remember preferences, and measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the shop may not work properly without them.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the shop — for example payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery, and analytics — or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe from email, by contacting us at postmaster@ambtimes.com. We keep order records as needed for accounting and tax purposes.
Children
Our shop is intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
