We want you to love your Ambassador Times watch. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Watches must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Defective or wrong item

If your item arrives defective or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping and will send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

Change of mind

If you simply change your mind, returns are welcome within the 30-day window, but you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method. It may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to start a return

Email postmaster@ambtimes.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. We will reply by email with a return shipping label or the return address — please wait to hear from us before shipping anything back.
